1. Who we are
This website (uweb.si) is operated by uWeb d.o.o.. Contact: [email protected].
2. Using this website
The content on this site describes our services and is for general information. It is not a binding offer. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written quote or agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, or collect its content automatically in bulk.
3. Free tools
The site check and calculators are free and provided as they are. Their results are automated estimates based on the inputs you give and on publicly available information, and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional advice or a full audit, so check anything important before relying on it.
The site check reads only what any visitor could see at the address you enter and uses a third-party speed testing service. Use it fairly: we limit how many checks one network can run and may block abusive use.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, logo and tools on this site belong to uWeb d.o.o. unless stated otherwise. You may link to and quote the site with attribution; other reuse needs our written permission. Client names, logos and project screenshots belong to their respective owners and are shown as examples of our work.
5. Links to other sites
We link to other websites for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it is error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from using this site or its free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Slovenian law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data and cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can change your cookie choices at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
8. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes are handled by the competent court in Ljubljana, unless mandatory consumer rules give you the right to go to court where you live.
