Your website is always someone's problem. Make it ours.
We handle everything between the moments a site breaks: the updates, monitoring and fixes you'd rather not think about.
Get started →A traffic spike during a launch. A plugin update that breaks checkout at midnight. A security incident three days before a product announcement. Infrastructure problems don't schedule themselves conveniently. Managed services mean someone already knows your setup, is watching it proactively, and has already started on the problem before you've even noticed it. That is the difference between a managed service and a hosting account with a support ticket queue.
Managed Services: what's included
Managed website hosting
Fast, secure and monitored hosting, tuned specifically for your stack rather than run on a default configuration.
Email hosting
Business email on your own domain, properly configured with SPF, DKIM and DMARC from the start.
Server provisioning & upgrades
New server setup, migrations between providers and OS/stack upgrades handled with zero drama.
Speed optimisation
Nginx tuning, Redis caching, Cloudflare edge CDN, PHP-FPM and database optimisation: your stack running at its actual potential.
Uptime monitoring
Instant alerts when something goes wrong, monitored around the clock.
Monthly maintenance plans
Website core, plugin and theme updates, security patches, backups and testing: everything covered on a schedule without you having to think about it.
Domain & DNS management
Registration, renewal, DNS configuration and transfers handled without the usual chaos.
Backup & disaster recovery
Automated daily backups with offsite storage and a recovery process that has genuinely been tested.
What good looks like.
Your site goes down and you find out from a frustrated customer hours later
Monitoring alerts us within seconds. We're already investigating before you've noticed.
Unplanned downtime during business hours means lost enquiries, lost sales and time spent recovering, and it always seems to happen at the worst moment. Proactive monitoring pays for itself.
A plugin update breaks your checkout at midnight on a Friday. Nobody's around to fix it.
Updates are staged and tested before they touch your live site, not pushed straight to production.
You're not sure when your last backup was, or whether it would restore correctly
Daily automated backups with offsite storage and a restore process we've tested, so recovery isn't a gamble.
Our managed services process
Every managed services project follows a clear structure, so you always know what's happening and what's next.
Onboarding audit
Review your current infrastructure, identify risks, configuration gaps and anything that needs immediate attention.
Baseline configuration
Monitoring, backups, security hardening and alerting configured correctly for your stack.
Documentation
Your infrastructure documented so any engineer on our team can handle an incident without a handover call.
Ongoing maintenance
Updates, patches and backups verified on a defined schedule. Infrastructure kept current and stable.
Incident response
Issues handled proactively. You're notified when something happens and told what was done, in clear terms.

We don't resell shared hosting and call it managed. We run monitored infrastructure, configured and tuned for your specific stack. When something goes wrong, you reach someone who knows your setup, not a Level 1 support queue.
GDPR & Data Processing
As your host, we act as a data processor under GDPR Article 28. We sign a GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement with hosting clients, available on request as a standard part of the arrangement. Your users' data is handled correctly by default, and you can reference the DPA in your own GDPR compliance documentation.
A different kind of agency.
- A rotating cast of people on your account
- Upsells everything, even when you don't need it
- Work only they can maintain or explain
- Performance and accessibility are afterthoughts
- Account managers between you and the work
- Discovery, quote, then silence until launch
- The same people from first call to launch
- We'll tell you when a simpler option is the right one
- Clean handover: documented, in your name, yours to keep
- Fast, accessible and indexable by default
- Direct line to the people building it
- You see progress as it happens, at a cadence agreed up front
