Sometimes the right answer is not to migrate at all. We look at what's actually causing the problem first, and if moving hosts or platforms won't fix it, we'll say so before you've spent anything. When a move is the right call, the person who planned it runs the cutover, so there's no gap between what was agreed and what happens on the night.
