GDPR & Data Processing

All hosting clients are covered by a Data Processing Agreement. As your host, we act as a data processor under GDPR Article 28. The DPA is part of every hosting contract, not an optional add-on. Your users' data is handled correctly by default, and you can use the DPA in your own GDPR compliance documentation.

Where are your servers located?
EU-based infrastructure by default, keeping GDPR transfers simple. If you need servers in a specific region (US, Asia or elsewhere), we can provision those too.
What's included in a maintenance plan?
Regular website core, plugin and theme updates; automated daily backups with offsite storage; uptime monitoring; security scans. Exact scope depends on your plan tier and we'll match it to your site's needs.
What happens if our site goes down?
